Ho’oponopono
In “Unlock the Ancient Secrets of Ho’oponopono and Manifest Your Wildest Dreams,” Pastor Vicky Lee introduces the Hawaiian practice of ho’oponopono, which is a forgiveness ritual that helps make things right when something wrong occurs.
Forgiveness is seen as a way to release negative energy and allow what is desired to come into one’s life. Pastor Vicky explains how ho’oponopono can be used to manifest various desires such as justice, health, money, or happiness by removing the blocks that prevent them from manifesting.
Manifesting with Ho’oponopono
The practice for manifesting involves repeating four phrases: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.” By being open and releasing negative feelings and thoughts, one becomes more receptive to receiving what they want. Pastor Vicky emphasizes that being right is not as important as being open to abundance.
In the next part, she shares her personal experience with using Ho’oponopono to release negative feelings towards a previous company and a person associated with it. By saying “I’m sorry” and expressing gratitude, she was able to transform her perspective and feel a surge of hope.
